Formatting

Names, titles, companies and places are capitalised for display (John McDonald, VP of Sales). Emails, URLs and domains stay lowercase.
Empty values are null in JSON and empty cells in CSV.
In CSV, booleans are Yes / No, lists are joined with ; , and values that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with ' so spreadsheets don’t run them as formulas. Phone numbers are left as they are.
