Adds a keyword to a lane and sends it for approval as its own topic. status is pending_approval once it’s sent, or queued if sending didn’t go through yet (it’s retried automatically).
Approval usually takes about a day; once live, people show up within 2 to 4 days. Track it in Get a lane or Activity, or refresh it now with POST /api/v1/lanes/{code}/signals.
A keyword needs 3 to 120 characters (spaces are collapsed). A lane holds up to 50 keywords, and the same keyword can’t be added twice (case-insensitive).
