Create an API key
Creates an API key. The full secret (il_live_…) is in key and is shown only once; only a hash is stored.
standard keys (the default) work with lanes, keywords, checks, company lists, exports, leads, suppressions, usage and activity. admin keys can also manage billing, the team and other keys. Names are trimmed and cut at 80 characters.
Admin key required. Standard keys get 403 admin_key_required.
